A: Owner David Anderson handles roofing and siding quotes. First, he’ll arrange an appointment to meet at your home or business. As a courtesy reminder, the office will call you when David is on his way to the property. Next, David will learn about your project, take measurements, and explain materials, warranties, scheduling, and other details. He can show you shingle and siding samples and answer any questions. That same day, David will email you a detailed quote.

A: Top Tier Roofing and Siding is a certified contractor of Atlas shingles and roofing accessories. We partner with TimberCrest premium vinyl siding, and LeaFree gutter covers. Clients can request other brands as well, and we’ll provide a quote.
A: Roofing is a dangerous occupation, so safety is our priority. We provide safety training to all employees. Additionally, we provide employees with fall protection body harnesses and other safety gear. We follow the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) fall protection standards for roofers. We have not had any OSHA citations or violations in our 20-year history.
